PARISH COUNCIL VACANCY (KINSHAM) - Following the sad death of Myra Chilman, there is a vacancy on the Parish Council.  If you would be interested in becoming a parish councillor please contact Cheryl (Clerk) email - stapletongroupparishclerk@gmail.com or 07971404775.

MAY 2025:-  We are now starting the annual AGAR, Financial audit process. Being a smaller parish with an income and expenditure of less than £25,000 we are allowed to apply for a "Certificate of Exemption".

The accounts still get audited by an independent auditor it just means we can reduce the amount of documentation that has to be submitted and this reduces our costs.

All our financial information is published under the "AGAR" section of this website including a full summary of our accounts. (The audit documentation for the last financial year has now be added).

April 8th -  Annual Parish meeting of Stapleton Group Parish Council will be held at Kinsham Village Hall at 7.00pm

December 2021:-  We are please to announce that Mr. Jonathan Rogers as been Co-Opted onto the council.
